**If you rent the whole main house all of this is under that Private booking—Private: 9 Bedrooms/9 Bathrooms, Living Room, Dining Area, Main Balcony And these are the areas that are shared—Shared: Side Balcony, Large Courtyard

**You can reserve the entire mansion(on 1st & 2nd floors), but there is also an additional apartment on the 3rd floor that is a separate rental. You would need to rent that in addition to the whole mansion, or it could be rented out to someone outside of your group.

**The owner does live on site. He lives on the 3rd floor. His apartment is next to the additional separate apartment mentioned above.**

Check-in for Esplanade Guest House is at 3pm Check out at 11am.
We do not have a front desk! However, we are available by phone.
With keypads on every door, we now offer contact-less check in! We will send you all codes the morning of arrival.

Parking:

There is free on-street parking around the guesthouse.
