Deposits & Payments:


First night due upon booking, for the deposit, with the exception of Special Events/Holiday RATES (see Special Events/Holiday Cancellation Policy below). Reservations must be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival and if cancelled after, refund will be FORFEITED (even though no services were received). If reservation is 5 nights or more, or more than 1 room is under the name on the reservation, then reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival and if cancelled after, refund will be FORFEITED (even though no services were received).

**For Special Events/Holidays Cacellation Policy: Deposit amount will be the first night of the weekend rate and due upon booking. Reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival and if cancelled after, refund will be forfeited (even though no services were RECEIVED) **

**Making this reservation means you see and approve of our cancellation & deposit policy and will not attempt to make a claim with your bank or card services to try and get your forfeited deposit back**
